Ah, that's annoying! I know on my Amazfit Bip I have to use the app on the phone to add some specific wake-up times (i.e. 6am, 6:30am, 7am) but once they're added, I can just choose them directly from my watch. We usually wake up at around the same times everyday anyway so it works well.

I have used the Forest App and Zen Mode on my phone too. It's a good thing to have. Thanks for reading!
