Good point Victor! I suppose just because the notifications aren’t there doesn’t mean the actual messages are no longer there. My guess would be that you’d keep checking those apps for a day or two before that temptation went away. Or maybe you’d find a middle ground where you only allow notifications to pop-up between certain hours. Obviously this isn’t a one-size-fits-all arrangement, everyone needs to find what works for them. Thanks for reading!
