Depending on which phone you have, these settings will look slightly different. “Reading Mode”, “Night Mode”, etc. are all fairly similar. The big thing is limiting the amount of blue light that you’re exposing your eyes to.

Some people find that these modes work well for them 24 hours a day! The added bonus may be an uptick in battery life when your screen is producing less light and consuming less energy.
